BILL SIPLE

Owner

Bill began mowing lawns when he was ten years old. He was often seen riding his family’s tractor through the neighborhood as he went from job to job. Bill always loved working with machines and got great satisfaction at seeing his projects completed.

At age 20, Bill transitioned into property maintenance to earn extra money while in college and fell in love with the work. He stayed in the industry for 15 years, then moved to Arizona where he worked in finance for 10 years.

Missing the Vermont outdoors, Bill came back to Chittenden County and dove headlong into property maintenance again, where’s he’s worked ever since. Bill loves to help clients build the projects they envision for their outdoor spaces and tackling all the different challenges that come with landscaping in Vermont’s terrain. He also loves passing his knowledge and work ethic to his two children, preparing the next generation to care for the outdoors as he does.

GARRETT LAROCK

Foreman

Garrett has always loved being outside. He began mowing lawns in grade school to help family members and this turned into a neighborhood business. Shortly after starting his neighborhood business, Garrett became interested in rocks: how to stack them, lay them out, and how to create fire pits with them.

By age 18, Garrett’s business and skills included lawn care for both residential and commercial properties, as well as stone work. Today, Garretts’s love of the outdoors continues with Siple Property Maintenance as he helps property owners achieve the look, care, and maintenance of their outdoors.
